Swiitch hardware products (battery units and pods) are designed for use with legal cannabis oil in jurisdictions where adult-use or medical cannabis is permitted. Our products:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
