November 2026 Federal Change Notice
Important Notice: Federal law governing hemp-derived cannabinoid products is changing. The Extensions Act signed November 12, 2025 redefines “hemp” and imposes new total THC limits on finished consumer products, effective November 12, 2026. We are actively monitoring these changes and will update our product offerings and compliance framework accordingly. Current products are compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill as it stands today.
