Hemp Compliance
All products sold on this website are derived from industrial hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. When heated (e.g., through smoking or vaping), THCA can convert to psychoactive Δ9-THC and may produce intoxicating effects. Products are intended for adult use only (21+).

Shipping Policy & Restricted States
Due to varying state laws, we do not ship to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, and Vermont. California residents should note that inhalable hemp products (including THCA vapes) are banned from California retail under AB 8 (effective January 1, 2026). Orders shipped to restricted states will be canceled and fully refunded. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify product legality in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns of opened products for regulatory compliance and safety reasons. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Third-Party Lab Testing
All products are tested by independent third-party laboratories for cannabinoid profile and potency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our Lab Results page, linked from each product page, or upon request.
Compliance Representation
